Our Story

Green Mill Catering grew from the same Minnesota roots as the Green Mill Restaurant brand, bringing its food and hospitality beyond the restaurant and into events across the region.

Over the years, we’ve catered countless events and earned recognition for our work, including multiple Best of Weddings honors from The Knot. Just as important, many of our clients come back to us for future celebrations, meetings, and company events.

Our catering menus include full-service banquet options, buffets, plated meals, family-style service, boxed lunches, appetizers, desserts, and beverage service. Menus can also be customized for the event, venue, and dietary needs of your guests.

We put the same attention into service. Our sales team, operations managers, chefs, bartenders, and on-site staff work together so food, timing, setup, and service stay coordinated.
