Our diverse menu selections can be customized for your needs. Green Mill Catering offers two styles of catering menus. Whether you want more informal fare or a multi-course meal, our goal is to delight your guests. Depending on the scale and atmosphere of your special event, you can select our Banquet Style or Group Order Style Menu.
Banquet Style
The Banquet Style Menu is well suited for special events requiring sit-down or multi-course accommodations. You can begin with your choice of hors d’oeuvres served three ways: butler-passed trays, table-laiden options, or try one of our signature stations.
In addition to our diverse array of dinner entrées and pasta, Green Mill Catering provides breakfast and brunch bars and a la carte selections. If perhaps you’re hosting a baby shower or gender reveal brunch, treat your guests to their breakfast favorites or morning cocktails.
Green Mill Catering also offers full-service bar options. From a boozy brunch to our open-bar packages, you can select the beverage option that is right for your special event. Looking for something non-alcoholic? Inquire about our coffee and hot chocolate stations, or even our refreshing infused water!
BANQUET MENU
Group Catering
Green Mill Catering has taken the guesswork out of catering for a large group, starting with our most popular packages and box lunches. If you want to cater a business event, daytime community event, or are short on time and space, these are great options.
With our group catering menu, you will get delicious food with minimal mess and stress. We offer combinations of our most beloved salads, sandwiches, bowls, and pasta with our Popular Packages pre-designed to serve groups of ten! Plus, you can add a dozen chocolate chunk cookies to any package for an easy, sweet treat.
You can also include starter trays or add on a tray of pasta or salad to round out the meal.
